Hey Advisors, looking for Woodbadge Level I training? Look no further than Mardi Gras! We’re your One Stop Shop for all things Scouting! Well, we’re not providing it but hey, we can try, can’t we?

There is an official WB-I training for Crew / Company advisors taking place Friday night / all-day Saturday. Here’s some of the information I’ve received…

We will be holding the sessions at Salish this year as it was just too crowded at the shelter. The training hours will be 9:00pm – 11:00pm Friday and all day Saturday, starting at 10:00am. Lunch Saturday is included. All sessions will be interactive with little or no lecture style training. Free time will be allowed during the day around noon and for dinner to permit supervision/interaction with the youth.

For a portion of this course we will be training company and crew separately so we can address the differences.

There is no cost for registration but participants are expected to pay Mardi Gras registration and provide their own meals and accommodation.

There will not be any accommodations available at Salish.
